LTD will actively guide key personnel, who are directly involved with the SHE Management
System, to set up an integrated risk management system. This involves the following:
Development and approval of overall commitment policies to the SHE System
Development of risk methodology and data capturing tools
Training of support staff on Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment [HIRA]
Conducting the business specific risk assessments
Prioritizing company risks according to level of significance to the business.
Implementation
LTD will make recommendations on risk management strategies needed to eliminate or mitigate the prioritized business risks. Strategies will be aligned to legal requirements which the business unit falls under. Strategies will be developed along ISO and OHSAS guideline and will include aspects such as:
Standards, policies, procedures and work instructions.
Relevant appointment documents [statutory and non-statutory]
Checklist, registers and other monitoring tools
Recording tools such as training records, personal protective equipment issue record, etc.
Maintenance
We will up-skill key personnel on internal auditing. Individuals will undergo intensive training on our International Auditors Course, which has been developed along ISO/OHSAS guidelines.
Tracking and Monitoring Tools developed under the implementation phase will be assessed to determine the level of compliance and the effectiveness of the implemented system.
We can assign an independent auditor to systematically verify the efforts and effectiveness of the implemented SHE System [level of compliance, DIFR status, level of participation and so on.
